Subject Overview

Employment Relations and Organisation Studies examines the nature of work, employment relationships and organisational life. It is concerned with how organisations function, how people work within them, and how they relate to their stakeholders and the wider environment. This includes organisations in the private sector, the public sector and the not-for-profit sector around the world. The subject helps people understand the role of management and includes activities that help to develop skills in managing people, teams and enterprises.

Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies
A BA with a major in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies or equivalent. You must have an average grade of B or higher in 45 points above Stage II in the major.
